1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the “FollowMyRun” app by consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed primarily to their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contractual partner
The contract for the use of the app and, if applicable, for the conclusion of a subscription is concluded with FollowMyRun, Luca Blume, Hornstr. 3, 80797 Munich.
3. Conclusion of contract
3.1. The presentation of the app content does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to use it.
3.2. By clicking the [Subscribe/Subscribe for a fee/Continue] button, you place a binding order for the subscription listed on the order page. Your contract is concluded when we accept your order by confirming it by e-mail or via the App Store immediately after receiving your order.
4. Right of withdrawal
4.1. If you are a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
4.2. IIn all other respects, the provisions set out in detail in the following withdrawal policy apply to the right of withdrawal.

You have the right to receive a refund for a completed subscription. To do this, contact Apple as described here.
5. Prices and terms of payment
5.1. The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
5.2. Payment is made via the payment system of the respective app store (e.g. Apple App Store).
6. Use of the app
The app can be used after successful registration and, if necessary, after taking out a paid subscription.
7. Subscription and cancellation
7.1. Within the app, you can take out a paid subscription via the App Store.
7.2 The subscription can be canceled at any time (even during a free trial period) via the App Store. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Dispute resolution
The EU Commission has created an internet platform for the online settlement of disputes. The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online service contracts. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
